Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by
And the children of Israel were fruitful, and increased abundantly, and multiplied, and waxed exceeding mighty, and the land was filled with them.
But the more they afflicted them, the more they multiplied and grew. And they were grieved because of the children of Israel.
EXODUS 1:7, 12
No one on this planet is exempted from storms. Even JESUS the son of the living God had His moments of storms. The truth is that, at one point or the other in our cruise on this side of life, storms must of necessity come but you need to know that storms are not meant to last forever.
Just like in the natural, turbulence at sea would usually give way to calm after raging for a while. So it is, stormy seasons always give way to a calm, dry seasons to abundance, war times to times of peace and so on.
It is an error for storms to last forever but you need to know that while the storms of life are raging…
Storms can come in different shapes and sizes; they could come in the form of loss of investments, loss of a loved one, loss of valuable relationships, it can also come as an assault on your integrity and person, it can even affect the finances of a man, etc. But whatever the storm confronting you at this stage of your life, know of a surety that if you will allow God, the storm will take you up and not sink you. In winning over the storms of life, your perspective and belief system matter a lot.
The same storm that comes at a man and he soars higher can come at another and ground him. What is the difference? Their mindset and perspective. One can either use the storms to soar into heights in life or allow the storms to ground them.
Check all through the Scriptures, there was no great man or woman who was not made by storms. They only emerged great because they made a choice to use the storms. They ditched their fears and confronted the storms. They chose to spread their wings in the middle of their storms and reached for heights no one had attained in their days and time. While successes use their storms to mount up, failures do the exact opposite.
