We know that God spake unto Moses: as for this fellow, we know not from whence he is.

The man answered and said unto them, Why herein is a marvellous thing, that ye know not from whence he is, and yet he hath opened mine eyes.

Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth.

Since the world began was it not heard that any man opened the eyes of one that was born blind.

John 9:29-32

“That it has never happened means God wants to begin with you… You are marked for a new thing.”

A lot of people are simply not where they should be in life; they fight, they struggle, they do their own part, they do everything but somehow they are not able to get to where they should be. They seek for a way of escape and cannot find any. They seek for a solution to a problem that has never been solved. This was the condition the blind man in the main Scriptural text found himself.

He was born blind and there was no way of escape for him from this issue. Since the world began, there has been no mention of any case of someone that was born blind that ever saw; there was no historical antecedent; no way of escape. Yet God began a new thing with him on the earth. He became the first man who was born blind that was ever made to see. This is the kind of God we serve – He delights in doing the impossible; He said “Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.” Isaiah 43:19.

It has never happened before but I will do something new, I can create something out of nothing. There is no way out, the Red Sea is before you and the enemies are right behind you, I will part it and make you walk in the midst of it. This is God’s Word for you today, “…Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will shew to you today: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen today, ye shall see them again no more forever.” Exodus 14:13

What lie has the enemy sold to you? What have they said cannot be done? What have they concluded on and decided about your fate?

God can make a way of escape. “…I will do marvels, such as have not been done in all the earth, nor in any nation: and all the people among which thou art shall see the work of the LORD: for it is a terrible thing that I will do with thee.” Exodus 34:10

God is saying to you, “Even though it has never happened before, your case will be the first.” He is the God who calls those things which be not as though they were – Romans 4:17.God always has all the answers before the problem arrives. Can you look up to Him today? He will settle you without delay.

Ponder Points

• Have you ever wondered the raw materials that God used to create the entire universe? He created everything out of nothing; the things we see were made from what cannot be seen – Hebrews 11:3. God knows how to turn that mountain into valley; He knows the way out.

Prayers

• Oh God, let the power of the enemy that has kept me where I should not be, that makes it look like I am unserious; that makes it look like I am not doing what I should be doing, be broken, in the Name of JESUS.
• My Father, visit me heavily by Your mighty hand and deliver me from every captivity in my life without a way of escape, in the Name of JESUS.
• Oh God, make a way of escape for me and do a new thing with my case that will cause the world to marvel, in the Name of JESUS
